A Little About Indian Food Cooking By Lindsay Lohan Indian cuisine is regarded as one of the most exotic and delightful cuisines in the whole world. If you are up for something interesting to tantalize your taste buds, then Indian food is what would fulfil that. Its flavours are so incredible, variety are so captivating and the infusion of spices are so enticing. No wonder why people from all over the world, whether you are brought up in a Eastern or Western culture, are so in love with Indian food.
Unfortunately, instead of cooking their own Indian food at home, people would rather eat out or order them from restaurants. Why? Most of the time, people usually think that in order to produce a well-cooked Indian cooking recipes, one must have all the special herbs and spices from India and one must know how to blend them correctly. Aside from that, many of them think that in order to unleash the real Indian aroma and flavour of the food, it would take them endless hours and a lot of tedious work to prepare for the ingredients.

To add more zest and spiciness to your dishes, include more fresh red chilli as well as chilli powder as desired. Often, garam masala or Indian spice mix is used. This ubiquitous mix is a combination of various spices such as black pepper, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamom and cloves.
